BAGHDAD - Talal Abu-Ghazaleh & Co. Consulting (TAG-Consult), a
member of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital (TAG.GD), signed a Memorandum of
Understanding (MoU) with Iraq-based Shabakat Alshaheen for Communication Services,
specialized in information technology, telecommunication services and digital
solution in the Republic of Iraq. The MoU aims at strengthening cooperation in
technological consulting and digital solution development.
According to the MoU, the two parties agreed to form a joint team
for discussing potential future collaboration in providing specialized
technical consulting in telecommunication, information technology, and digital
transformation areas in a way that positively and effectively contribute to
supporting technical projects and developing digital infrastructure in Iraq.
Such fields include the preparation of feasibility studies for
projects, participating in the evaluation and analysis of proposals submitted
by companies and suppliers and preparing strategic plans and roadmaps for
current and future projects. They also include providing specialized advisory,
technical, and assessment services, as well as exploring other areas of mutual
interest.
The
two sides emphasized the importance of this partnership in leveraging
specialized expertise and advanced technical capabilities to serve the
telecommunications and information technology sector in Iraq. They further
expressed their pride in signing such a MoU, describing it as a step toward
strengthening professional cooperation, supporting digital transformation
efforts, and contributing to the development of the Iraqi economy
